The Shoemaker's holiday
BlackSun Theatre Company presents Thomas Dekker’s ‘The Shoemakers Holiday’, his much loved Elizabethan romp. We have a brand new original score for the production composed by Alexandra Vachon, and our actors perform Dekker’s original songs with live instruments on stage. BlackSun Theatre Company have been running workshops exploring the text and time of the play, including a process of exploration of music in the play at the Young Vic as part of the Genesis Directors Project.
